    As a fan of Funa sensei’s works and a fan of another series I give thanks for the Atelier with two lolies. Riette needs a staff.

    I wish the merchandise includes an average spherical potion that rotates on its on axis filled with the power of mother nature and an average spiky fruit looking potion.

    I tried to translate the next chapter (60: Atelier Riette). It was mostly a test whether I’m able to translate (of course with support of MTL), how long will it take, and what quality it would have.

    I do not have a page, where I can put the translation. Therefore I saved it to Pastebin. It is in Markdown format (unfortunately not supported for free on Pastebin). Tab character is used as line ident, “-” character is separator and “—” is horizontal line. Formatting should be the same as in original.

    • You can use https://translate.google.com/#ja/en/ to read kanji. That is at least the way, how I read the WN’s. I read more than 30 chapter of Mitsuha and (for now only) 5 chapters of Kaoru this way (including the one I translated, see link above).

      Up to chapter 65 it is only a introduction to new city. Some soldiers, some nobles appeared…
      Unfortunately I do not have a page, where I could post the translation, nor I have much free time time to translate. Unfortunately I do not know someone, that could at least fix my bad English and it would be good to have someone to do translation check. Funa writes sometimes in a confusing way (at lest for me are some sentences confusing). Sometimes I’m not sure whether the translation is correct (e.g. whether the translation is “A > B” or “B > A” (simplification of the problem)).

      • Yeah, i do read wn using google translate (like kuma bear, and she was called both god and satan), but sometimes, kanji could make you confused. (just try read dungeon struggle of an earth dragon using MTL) and funa-sensei specialty for changing POV without notice doesn’t help. And yeah, my grammar is not good too. Even if i can translate english into my native language, my english grade in university is just barely average. (Since they include grammar) that’s why i can’t help proofreading your translation, since i am not confident enough.

  23. First and foremost, thanks for the chapter but please get an editor. There isn’t a paragraph here that doesn’t have a problem. It’s so bad that its borderline illegible.

    Secondly, this story really feels like its’ lost all direction for awhile now. Ever since this “manhunt”. These last few chapters were about her coming up with a backstory. 3 chapters to do that?! Come on already. Frankly, I have to wonder if FUNA is even trying on this one. She is an eternal loli that can make any potion she desires with any affect she desires yet FUNA does absolutely nothing with that fun setting. She just bought a store. It should be dirty and.may need some repairs. Make a potion that when poured on the wood it revitalizes the entire internal structure to new. Any potion any affect. Use it! This is just an example but things like this should be thrown in otherwise what the hellnwasnthe point of making the character to begin with and how are you “surviving using potions” when you barely touch the things?!

    Lastly, fine…you went with the “manhunt”. It’s dumb but whatever. Think about the setting and the character. She looks 15. She could say she’s a young looking 18 though. Go to another country and enroll in a friggin academy! What’s a better place to find a relationship that doesn’t care about status AND you can be around those with your interests AND you have a great deal of free time to get to know them individually. Socializing is a very big part of any academic life. Why do this in such a roundabout way and again, WASTE chapter after chapter of going in circles doing absolutely nothing. These last chapters were that f***ing ridiculous. A child could have come up with a better setting and written a more entertaining plot at this point. I honestly feel FUNA is burned out from working on too many projects at once. Otherwise, how could you possibly come up with this drivel and still call yourself a professional?
