As for guessing if Sei is the saintess, since Aira’s level is less than that of the head mage, it means Aira was successfully appraised. So Aira’s level and title are known to the head mage and presumably the king, prime minister, and whoever else would need to know such things. So, if Aira’s title is not “Saintess”, by process of elimination, Sei would be the saintess if she demonstrated any kind of holy potential.
