Although amusing, Arrogance and Hubris aren’t good in a developing Saintess that’s moving not just to inherit her own past powers, but supplement those with the power of the spirit contract. And then the arrogance and hubris will be fed with yet more power from the Black Dragon bond.

That’s a possible problem in the future, but so far it’s not. She knew the limits of her own strength well and chose the only way she could win, that isn’t really hubris leading to downfall yet. The gloating part thereafter wasn’t good form, but her brother, by his own behaviour, kinda asked for bad form so I think it’s still appropriate.

They all have some petit and nasty revenge but non of them are bad.
And tell you what, this is just an “EVERAGE” of her true power. Just half of her power.
She got 1000 times the magic power (MP) of an average person.
Not even spirit nor Black Dragon supplement power yet.
By the way, spirit and Black Dragon just reduce magical power cost (MP cost) by 90%, they don’t increase buff effect.
For example: to heal the black dragon and her wounds in chapter 1, she used all her magic power (MP) and needed to rest for 1 night to recover all her magic power (MP).
But if she has spirit contract, she can heal 10 Black Dragon. But she can’t buff 15 times stats increase.
Her downfall is just she stands out too much.
She captures too many people without her intent.

Yes, you can feel the average from Fia. I guess if the writers are friends it makes sense.
The character design reminds me of something(the bow I think), but I can’t place it.
